Vidyu Kishor
Director
Vidyu Kishor is the Director of Renewables & Grid Solutions in the Power Division. She joined OGUSA in 2022 and is responsible for renewable energy and battery storage business development. Prior to OGUSA, she was the Vice President on the Investments team at Soltage, a solar & storage development company where she led valuations of M&A opportunities and structuring/execution of investments into solar & storage markets across the US. She also worked with the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority to help expand NY state’s incentives in the energy efficiency sector. Prior to that, she was a practicing attorney in India. Vidyu holds an MPA from Columbia University and a B.A. LLB from the National University of Juridical Sciences, India.
David Bourque
EPC Director
David Bourque is the EPC Director of Renewables & Grid Solutions in the Power Division. He manages all consturction and engineering processes, along with the procurement, service provider, and vendor networks for OGUSA renewables.
He joined the company in 2022, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to OGUSA, and specializing in construction management, pre-construction, and renewables industry product engineering. Prior to OGUSA, he managed engineering, pre-construction, and field operations teams, in various leadership roles within Borrego solar Systems Inc., Instructed the PV installation and Design certification course through NYSERDA and The Electrical Training Alliance, and managed large scale, commercial and industrial, projects for over 15 years.
Tomohiko Ono
Senior Director
Tomohiko Ono is the Senior Director of Renewables and Grid Solutions in the Power Division.
He is responsible for overseeing OGUSA’s renewable energy strategy, investment, and execution. He joined OGUSA in 2018 and has over 10 years of experience and track record in the space. Prior to OGUSA, he was engaged in M&A, investment, and financing for power, energy, and infrastructure projects at Marubeni’s Finance Department and Mizuho Bank.
He is a CFA Charterholder and completed the U.S. Certified Public Accountant Examination.
Shigeki Enomoto
Senior Vice President
Shigeki Enomoto is the Senior Vice President of the Power Division in New York.
He is responsible for managing all gas-fired and renewable development and invested assets.
He joined Daigas Group in 2009, was transferred to OGUSA in 2020.
He has over 25 years experience in business development, M&A, finance and corporate strategy planning in multiple countries, Japan, Brazil, UK and US.
