Hideyo Watanabe is the Senior Vice President of the Corporate Strategy Division and
he is responsible for managing Planning, General Affairs, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, IT, and Commodity Services. He joined Daigas Group in 1998 and has over 18 years of experience in international business in the UK, Norway, Australia, US, and Japan. He is a certified coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
Quincy Cameron Hilliard
Vice President
Quincy Hilliard is the Vice President of Commodity Services in the Corporate Strategy Division.
He is responsible for corporate level risk management, risk reporting, and risk modeling for all energy markets. Quincy joined Osaka Gas USA Corporation in 2019 and has more than 16 years of experience in Energy Risk Management. In his previous position, he lead ETRM development and formation of the Risk Management Framework at Osaka Gas USA.
Yuhei Yamano
Vice President
Yuhei Yamano is a Vice President of the New York Business Planning in the Power Division. He is responsible for the Power Division’s strategy, budget management, and business support. He joined Daigas Group in 2015 and was transferred to OGUSA in 2021. He has over 18 years of experience in the energy sector, such as renewable (Solar, On-shore wind, Biomass) business development, LNG/Coal trading, and shipping chartering. Prior to Osaka Gas, he was the manager of LNG trading at Kansai Electric which is the second biggest Japanese power utility.
Cathy Wolfe
Director
Cathy Wolfe is the Director of Group Business in Finance and Accounting in the Corporate Strategy Division.
She joined Osaka Gas USA Corporation in 2019 with 30 years of commodities accounting experience. Prior to OGUSA, she was the Accounting Manager at Gunvor USA, a US subsidiary of Gunvor Group. Ltd and the Controller at Texla Energy Management LLC. She is responsible for accounting, tax, finance and back office settlements for OGUSA’s group business.
Kathie Meyer

Kathie Meyer is the Human Resources Manager responsible for Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations in the Corporate Strategy Division. She joined OGUSA with over 15 years of experience leading and developing HR teams. Since joining in 2021, she has strategically partnered with management to attract a diverse team of talented employees with the right blend of experience and cultural fit to support the continued expansion of sustainable energy business development. She is passionate about OGUSA’s mission to “become the ‘Company of Choice’ as a trusted business partner and employer founded on a solid team of highly professional individuals.”
Miho Higashide
Administrative Manager/Senior Executive Assistant
Miho Higashide is the Administrative Manager/Senior Executive Assistant of General Affairs in the Corporate Strategy Division.
She is responsible for corporate administration, the president’s support, and “”Core Value ACT”” program for new hires to foster unique corporate culture. Moreover, she coordinates internal events to strengthen employees’ relationships and volunteer opportunities so that OGUSA contributes to the community.
She joined Osaka Gas USA Corporation in 2019. Prior to OGUSA, she worked for Toshiba America LNG Corporation as Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
