Tatsuro Tsukamoto
Senior Vice President
Tatsuro Tsukamoto is the Senior Vice President of the Future Business Development Division. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential projects and investments involving new business development for the future. Prior to his current role, he led the Upstream Division where he led the negotiations to acquire 35% of Sabine’s East Texas assets in 2018, and then the subsequent company acquisition of Sabine in 2019. He was thereafter seconded to Sabine as a member of the management team.
Mr. Tsukamoto joined Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. in 2002, where he started his career of domestic gas and power marketing to commercial and industrial customers, while he expanded his responsibility to business development and asset management of Independent Power Producers (IPPs) mainly in the United States.
Joe Peters
Vice President
Vice President of the LNG Division and Future Business Development Division. He is responsible for OGUSA’s liquefaction tolling commercial operations at Freeport LNG. He is also involved in identifying and evaluating potential projects and investments especially regarding low carbon fuels, as a member of the Future Business Development department. He joined OGUSA in 2015 and has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry.
