Osaka Gas USA acquired 100% of the shares of Sabine Energy (formerly Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation) in 2019. Sabine Energy is a Houston, Texas-based, independent shale gas development company engaged in the acquisition, development, exploitation, and exploration of shale gas properties onshore in the United States.
Its operations are focused in East Texas, targeting the Cotton Valley Sand and Haynesville Shale formations.
