Acquisition of Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation awarded as top achievement in the Oil & Gas sector of the IJ Investor Awards 2020

It is with great honor that Osaka Gas USA’s acquisition of Sabine Oil & Gas won the IJ Investor Awards 2020.  It was noted this is the first time a Japanese company acquired 100% control of a US oil and gas operator. The acquisition of Sabine Oil and Gas is consistent with Daigas Group’s Long-Term Management Vision, “Going Forward Beyond Borders 2030.”
